My Privacy Policy:

As part of the real estate sales process, I will be asking for certain information required for completing the necessary contract, addendums, etc. I will require such things as your full name, your legal address, phone number and email address.Your information will never be sold, traded, or given to anyone, and at the end of the transaction will not be retained by me for any other purpose

I will not be asking for any of your financial information. You will be asked by whomever you select for pre-qualification. and your eventual mortgage lender for this information. Other than the fact you have been qualified to purchase property, I have no need to know.

At the conclusion of the transaction (close of escrow), the information relating to the transaction that I am required to keep for a time specified by the Texas Real Estate Commission, is transferred to a CD and stored in a locked safe; accessible only to me. At the end of the required record retention term (currently 3 years), the CD will be destroyed.

As your Buyer's Agent, I will never divulge any information you have provided me in confidence (financial, personal, or otherwise) to anyone; especially the seller or seller's agent of any property you are considering.
